How to create a custom LinkedIn engagement feed

For free, without third party tools!

Commenting will literally 10x your growth on LinkedIn, if you’re not doing much of it.

Problem is: the “regular linkedin dot com feed” is usually pretty awful. It’s designed to keep you scrolling mindlessly, not engaging strategically.

Build An Engagement Feed That Helps You Sell More

Do this instead:

1. Go to the basic LinkedIn search page, or just click this premade search URL here to see an example

2. On that page, under “From Member” click “Reset” and then type in the names of the people whose posts you want to see: large competitors, prospects, influencers, etc

   The reason to include larger competitors (their CEOs or CMOs usually) is so that you can piggyback on their attention-magnetizing efforts with your own thoughtful comments. This draws some of the focus to you. (Don’t do it with less-well-known competitors as that defeats the purpose!). Also: only add influencers who are relevant in some way to the niche you sell to. And: don’t bother adding prospects if they never ever post :)

3. Check this feed 1-2x/day

4. It should take you a maximum of 10-12 mins/day to do this - don’t spend forever on it.

This is super worth it… we’ve sourced literally millions in revenue over the years from this one method, not to mention built amazing relationships with people we’ve met.
