What you missed in Wildfront this week
SaaS bootstrapper community discussion
Hey friends! Quick recap of what's been happening in the community chat if you haven't been around:
1. Claude context limits (thread) — Ken started a thread about hitting compaction errors in Claude. Discussion turned to using Tasks + subagents as a workaround. Each subagent gets fresh context, so you can break big jobs into smaller pieces without hitting limits. Run ‘claude update’ if you haven't recently.
Here’s a video from Mac with more on how to use Claude Tasks effectively.
2. SMS outreach to ghosting customers (thread) — Wim's trying to reach paying clients who won't respond to email or calls. Looking at Fullenrich for mobile numbers + AbstractAPI to validate. Thread's open if you have thoughts.
3. New member: Chris B (thread) — Running the first publicly-traded SaaS company in the group. Interesting if you're curious about that world.
4. Tiger's launch progress with Meetings2Content (thread) — 14 on the waitlist, goal is 100 before launch.
5. MicroConf Reykjavik (thread) — Anyone else interested ingoing? Would be amazing to meet up in person!
We also extend a heartfelt welcome to the 4 new founders who joined us in the past week! This brings the founder community to 24 group members (+20% since the prior week). It’s still relatively intimate in here, but there’s enough discussion every week for everyone to get a ton out of the experience, whether you’re contributing or just observing and learning. Perfect size :)
If you aren’t yet a member of our private community for SaaS founders, you can change that now, we’d love to have you:
Til next time!
—Mac & Alex
